Note 1: The TAC evaluates the technical needs and
priority order once a year during the fall meeting.
Note 2: As technical needs were written, they were numbered
in sequential order. The original numbers were retained, but the priority order changes as
described in Note 1. As examples, the most recent need, TN-31, is priority number one; over time,
TN-1 has moved to priority number five. Other technical needs have dropped off the list for
several reasons: Some have been satisfied. Others have been consolidated to form
new technical needs. Still others have been redefined.
